Carved from solid acacia and burnt using the traditional method of Shou Sugi Ban to enhance the natural grain and character of the wood. Featuring a striking petrified wood table top which fuses effortlessly with the sculptural base.

Petrified wood is created from fossilised trees transformed into stone by a mineralisation process that occurs underground, over hundreds of millions of years. This rare material features striking colours and motifs created by the mineral formation process, comprised of semi-precious minerals such as quartz, chalendony and jasper.
