Odditi offers door to door delivery. We endeavour to process and deliver your order as soon as we can. Lead times and delivery times are shown within each product page and at check-out. All times are estimates and delays may occur. If you have any questions or require a precise delivery time, please contact us. 

PAYMENTS

We accept payment by all major credit cards and portals such as PayPal, Apple Pay etc. Payments via bank transfer are also accepted, in which case an itemised invoice will be supplied.

REFUNDS

All our pieces are made-to-order, therefore we cannot offer refunds. If there is a quality issue we will work with you to find a solution. In the very unlikely event that you have a problem with your Odditi purchase, please contact us. We will require you to submit photos and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to investigate all claims in order to access the nature and cause of any alleged fault.
